Summary:
Lead the implementation of Mantl digital account opening platform to enable seamless consumer and commercial deposit onboarding.

Responsibilities
  • Configure Mantl workflows for retail and commercial deposit account onboarding.
  • Integrate Mantl with Fiserv DNA core and Alloy identity verification.
  • Customize UX flows, document capture, and e-signature processes.
  • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and disclosures.
  • Optimize conversion rates and digital onboarding KPIs.
  • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and compliance teams.
Experience requirement:
  • 5+ years’ experience in digital banking and onboarding platforms.
  • Proven Mantl implementation experience.
  • Strong knowledge of retail/commercial deposit operations.

Compensation: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
