Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Infor LN Projects Functional Consultant to support and enhance the Projects module within the Infor LN ERP platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and supply chain to support Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and project-based manufacturing operations.
This role will focus on project planning, cost tracking, budgeting, resource management, and project billing processes within the Infor LN environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Infor LN Project Module Implementation & Support
• Implement and support the Projects module within Infor LN.
• Configure project structures, WBS, milestones, and cost control frameworks.
• Manage system configuration related to project budgeting, planning, and execution.
2. Project Costing & Financial Tracking
• Configure and manage project budgeting and cost estimation.
• Track actual vs planned project costs including:
• Labor
• Materials
• Procurement
• Subcontractor costs
• Support project profitability analysis and reporting.
3. Project Planning & Resource Management
• Define and manage Work Breakdown Structures (WBS).
• Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
• Support resource planning across:
• Engineering teams
• Manufacturing operations
• Supply chain teams.
4. Manufacturing & Supply Chain Integration
• Integrate project planning with manufacturing orders and procurement processes.
• Support Engineer-to-Order (ETO) and Make-to-Order (MTO) manufacturing models.
• Work with production teams to ensure project-driven manufacturing orders are properly configured.
5. Billing & Revenue Recognition
• Configure milestone billing, fixed-price contracts, and time-and-material billing models.
• Support project billing integration with finance modules.
