What You'll Do:
- Design and lead enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions across Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Clouds, ensuring they meet business objectives and technical standards.
- Establish and enforce development best practices, coding standards, and governance models, while guiding technical teams through complex architectural decisions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into robust technical designs, and architect secure, scalable integrations with external platforms.
- Monitor and optimize system performance, enforce security and compliance protocols, and ensure all Salesforce implementations are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Mentor developers, architects, and administrators, fostering a culture of continuous learning, technical excellence, and innovation across the Salesforce team
Expertise You'll Bring:
- 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 4 years in an architect role.
- Proven track record of leading enterprise-level Salesforce implementations.
- Strong expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce integrations.
- Experience with CI/CD tools, data migration, and integration tools.
- Strong understanding of security architecture and identity management.
- Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Application Architect, System Architect, Platform Developer II, Integration Architecture Designer.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
